Pros

There is absolutely nothing good about working for this company

Cons

The UK company lacks leadership and direction It is not a physically viable company as both the development and deployment team is based in Toronto, with no plans to ever hire for these roles in the UK, it cannot possibly function efficiently Working hours are 45+hours a week, 9am - 7pm if you're lucky and an hour break is frowned upon UK Company is severely understaffed due to bad management; existing employees are over worked and under appreciated

Pros

If you’ve ever dreamt of working somewhere where every breath you take is observed, analyzed, and reported back to a panel of “experts,” congrats — you’ve found your paradise! The managers here possess a rare and enviable superpower: they know EVERYTHING. Seriously, it’s as if they attended a secret academy where the curriculum was “How to Tell Everyone Else They’re Wrong 101.”!

Cons

Trust? Oh, that's cute. Employees apparently can’t be trusted to tie their own shoelaces without a full surveillance operation in place. Forget autonomy; every task is broken down into 47 steps, with mandatory check-ins every five minutes. Team culture? Imagine a petri dish where micromanagement and mistrust breed in magnificent harmony. Collaboration exists only if you mean a meeting to be told how to do your job better. If you crave independence, creativity, or a bit of respect, keep scrolling. But if you want your every move dictated and your ideas shot down before you finish speaking, welcome aboard!

Pros

Great people to work with, very friendly and nice coworkers, especially my manager Hybrid flexibility with a good ratio of work-from-home and office Good balance of collaboration and independent work style with no micromanagement Plenty of vacation time, stat holidays, and half days Plenty of work events with free lunches and learning opportunities

Cons

Company seems to be "suffering from success" with it's rapid growth and expansion, and the challenges that come along with that, part of which is the steadily increasing workload over the months/years and job complexity without the adequate compensation adjustments to reflect the new demands I feel Another concern is the skills and knowledge is very application specific to the company, which may be less applicable to a broader industry context
