-Lack of specific direction from upper echelons causes a lot of variance between facilities
-People in the wrong positions tend to stay in them for too long, getting fired or demoted is not easy, even for underperformers
-Work life balance is poor at times, and often times, the people working some of the longest hours do not get overtime or as frequent incentives
-pay is probably more than adequate for field/average compensation for position, but not always reflective of the workload being done by that person
-while advancement opportunities are plenty, relocating to advance is basically a requirement, limiting alot of good employees to their current roles.
