Pros

Strong product with a fairly strong technical team sitting behind it. Casual office environment with some funny, really friendly people.

Cons

If you are, in any way, an even halfway seasoned professional with more than a year on the job, do not even entertain an offer from this place, because it will be a waste of your time and will more than likely be a backwards step in your career. This is a company that actively goes out of its way to keep costs low by recruiting predominantly kids right out of college with very little experience who live at home with their parents and don't know any better. If you need proof of this, simply glance around the place during your interview, where you'll notice about 80% of it is comprised of early twenty-somethings, who can't afford to live on their own dime, riding around on Razor scooters from Point A to Point B. As such, every time there is a company outing, you can just about guarantee about 10-15 people will call out the next morning because they're too hungover to get out of bed, even those who are considered "Senior Sales Managers" who have on-site meetings booked. To that effect, many of the reviews boast how quickly you can move up the ranks, which is true, if that actually meant any sort of significant salary bump or anything more than a title to add to your resume beyond the added responsibility. Promotions are usually based on someone else being too incompetent to do their job. It's an illusion. The "Management Team" is comprised of some of the most dishonest, bullying, incompetent, and lackluster excuses for professionals you will ever encounter. They will openly lie to you about how much money you will stand to make during your interview process, then deny all responsibility for any fault when you call them out on it after discovering the truth, opting to call you snarky names and make idle threats like, "Seriously, no one is going to like you if you keep this up." They haven't seemed to grasp the concept that people make actual life plans based on what they're told to expect out of their paychecks, so they just lie about it to shut you up, then never deliver. My favorite part of this is when they make some meaningless change that slightly effects you in some way, then actually openly ask the staff to thank them for it. No joke, you will be asked to stand in a mandatory Monday afternoon staff meeting for an hour and actually told you need to, out loud, thank the incompetence that stands before you. If you need to get an idea as to the character of the place, look no further than how the CMO and #1 of the NYC office openly refers to former employees (even having no knowledge of your previous relationship with that person). Everyone who leaves is considered to be laughable trash, regardless of their performance, as if working at this company is some sort coveted career path that one needs to strive to. Notoriously cheap management means the base salaries just continue to get cut lower and lower for new hires, some positions even having commission taken away altogether.

Pros

Most of the people in the office are really cool and easy to get along with. For the most part everyone is willing to help out. Get out early on Fridays.

Cons

Lots of micromanaging. Hours are 9-7 which is crazy for a sales position. For the work you put in you are rarely appreciated and its often a what have you done for me lately mentality. Also i was promised ALOT! during the interview process most of which never happened. I would also have to say there is a STRONG distrust between management and employees for an extremely good reason.

Pros

Free water, nice view, comfy chair, flexible lunch break, occasional beers, changing seats. Almost at the twenty word minimum, but I've run out of pros for this company.

Cons

This is not a job you should make any long term plans or have any career aspirations. VERY high turnover. Most of the reviews written on here, well the positive ones are written by the company to make it look better. Very rude sophomoric environment. Lack of trust between management and employees. Extreme favoritism. Very small territory, unrealistic sales goals. Lack of encouragement for goals hit. If you want to work in a call center, with a boss standing over you all day this is it. Lackluster product with extremely deceptive way of reaching out and selling it to people. They are on an extreme hiring kick right to hit a quota so your territory will get smaller and smaller. If you are smart, or fresh out of college, shoot for a better option than Statista. They will fire you in a heartbeat.
