      A fascinating product with poor leadership

      Interesting product. There a start-up, so there's an ability to impact the product.

      Cons

      Terrible management with very poor leadership skills. No real team-leading or building. Impossible deadlines. At times an overly stressful and nearly hostile work environment. Management comes off as really litigious and doesn't communicate well.

It is a challenging, fast-paced environment that provides opportunities to work across disciplines toward a common goal, which is pretty cool. The atmosphere is interactive and supportive.

      Cons

      An early stage company requires flexibility, patience, and a willingness to participate in several aspects of development. A desire for this is a must for this workplace.
