Pros
Excellent working environment which I miss since I now work remotely from Spain. Everyone has a laugh, even the directors, which makes for an enjoyable day for all. The company has a forward thinking hierarchy that allow people to do the job they are employed to do, breeding the confidence to implement direction changes when needed which in turn helps the company stay lean and flourish.
Cons
In my opinion we need to move premises as due to our success we have outgrown our sizable current home.
