Toxic Leadership

Pros

Worked with some lovely people. Lucky for them, they're no longer working there!

Cons

Leadership lack integrity or responsibility. Having a "getting it done" culture is all good but not when process and people are ridden over roughshod. Not a good idea to tell 300+ staff at a sales conference that specific individuals were being made redundant......when those individuals hadn't even been advised themselves. No concept of employment law!

Pros

It's a job; Coworkers are nice if you're lucky

Cons

No raises, no recognition, terrible facilities, no incentives, insurance starts mid year giving you only 6 months at a time to meet requirements, no accrued PTO hours, frequent layoffs, poor communication, no training

Good potential but need better leadership

Pros

Global with opportunities to work in other international locations and explore different vertical markets. They are trying to create particular culture by organizing office events and training.

Cons

Sr. management is poor. CEO is micromanager and seems to forget it is no longer a 12 person company. Needs to delegate and empower his executives. A lot of acquisitions but nit integrating well. Complete indifference towards sakes organization. Eg: 2017 targets were not assigned until June 2017. 1&2Q commissions not paid until July and then were wrong. Mgmt overly focused on near term revenue and deals, not long term customer relationships. Co is large enough to have a lot of dead weight. HR could be more responsive. Poor internal coordination and communication between commercial groups.
