Sr. management is poor. CEO is micromanager and seems to forget it is no longer a 12 person company. Needs to delegate and empower his executives. A lot of acquisitions but nit integrating well. Complete indifference towards sakes organization. Eg: 2017 targets were not assigned until June 2017. 1&2Q commissions not paid until July and then were wrong. Mgmt overly focused on near term revenue and deals, not long term customer relationships. Co is large enough to have a lot of dead weight. HR could be more responsive. Poor internal coordination and communication between commercial groups.
