Worst place I have ever worked.

Some nice people on the clinical team.

This company is a disaster from top to bottom. They masquerade as a mental health support but all they are interested in is making money. The working conditions are atrocious. The huge turnover of staff is due to the clinical team being over worked to the point of burn out. No risk assessment of the rostering where night staff are taking crisis calls while working alone. The previous clinical lead was replaced by someone even worse. I seriously can't fathom how any company uses this shambles of a company as their EAP. They do not even have the capacity to deliver a service.

Terrible wage and favouritism

Remote working is great, I admire the senior management pushing for and supporting this as not many will.

Cons

- favouritism is clear. It can be a bit of a boys club in that way. - That favouritism creates a huge disparity in wages. There could be a 10-20k gap in the wages of people doing essentially the same job. Most people are earning well below what they could be elsewhere -They don't practice what they preach. Everyone is stressed to the gills and there is no real support. Yes there is EAP available etc but in reality, there is no point in having these things in place if there is no work life balance and you have to burn yourself out to reach targets Very little room for growth and learning
