- Micromanagement from the CEO/CTO - Horizontal structure for the software team (I hope you like to not grow in career) - No speciality team (FE, BE, etc.) everyone is the same - Lack of key positions - Your work is more of a support than an actual developer - Minimum annual leave, sick leave - No Christmas/New years leave - No bonus, perks, or gift cards
