I started my career at SpacenosHQ through their 'Talent Accelerator' program, where they provide unpaid offer to very few candidates from tier-2 and tier-3 colleges for two months to build our CVs. Post 2 months they converted my role to paid internships after tough performance and quality checks, which ultimately helped me secure a full-time job.
Cons
No downsides since I'm was working here.
