      Top-heavy company that doesn't value its employees

      Pros

      Great hours and benefits. 401k contributions matched by employer.

      Cons

      60/40 ratio of employees to upper management. Hire consultants with no industry experience to advise when tenured employees have insight that would be beneficial. Not responsive to employee feedback or opinions. Do not promote from within. Constantly understaffed.

      Pros

      Generous bonuses CEO offers to pay for a certification course for each employee

      Cons

      The hardest working employees do not get noticed or recognized for their dedication and achievements. If you're not friends with the CEO, any type of promotion is highly unlikely. Middle management has no idea what they are doing and consultants are hired to walk around and point out "flaws" in employees' work when they know next to nothing about the business. There is no organization and no one is held responsible for their actions... don't let this company fool you. They preach a "family, team-based environment" but they do not treat their most dedicated employees with respect they deserve. PS: Do not work for Marketing or Customer Relations

      Growing Company with Promising Future

      Pros

      1. Comfortable atmosphere, I come into work excited to work with my co-workers, who are respectful and willing to help and collaborate with projects, or duties. 2. Salary, benefits, and vacation time is competitive. 3. CEO who genuinely cares for his employees, very present. 4. Opportunities exist for the workers who commit their time to doing a quality and willing to go above and beyond. 5. Product that the company is selling is very competitive to its competition. Promising future.

      Cons

      1. Leadership vs. employee ratio not ideal. 2. Tough industry to pick up. 3. Could do a better job at promoting employee feedback and implementing change.
