Pros
It is a small work team, but the growth plans are increasing, and the senior team here treats everyone as an equal partner. As in any company, they want to see initiative and drive on your part, but they also give you full autonomy to make decisions. There is no micromanaging but an open space to discuss ideas and projects. If you don't agree with something, that is accepted and supported. You can tell that the people here invest in you - which can be daunting but exciting. As with any small company, projects will have ups and downs, but none of it has to do with the company itself. Overall, this is the happiest I have been in a long time, professionally.
Cons
With a smaller company, the speed here is fast and quick, so if you don't thrive within that - look elsewhere. They are also working on upgrading benefits, but that is not a dealbreaker.
