Leadership team cares about their employees and the clients that we serve. SEG offers a good selection of benefits to meet the needs of different types of employees. Project consultants can take time off between projects, which offers a lot of flexibility for those who like to travel.

Cons

A large portion of our business is contract work. You need to be flexible and comfortable with change. This can include working with different managers and clients.
