Fair pay rate and the odd good person in the office.
Cons
Toxic, exclusive, mentally draining place to work. No equality. The management team are disorganised and do not treat people fairly. Literally the worst place to work, due to the boss being an ego, money driven idiot who thinks he is way smarter than he actually is. Has horrible values. Sleeps with his staff.
