      Great people have been hired to help the company grow.

      Terrible leadership. Toxic and passive aggressive founders who are no self awareness or empathy for their teams. Messy all around.

      Good pay & benefits. Work Culture use to be something of a positive but has since shifted to a negative.

      Cons

      Bad Management, Nepotism, Favoritism & overall inadequacies all around. Unsafe work environments.

      Pros

      Learned how to cultivate mushrooms and about small scale CPG industry

      Cons

      Many higher ups are very disconnected. Over complicated grow process and lack of big picture plan. Unfair pay for those working long hours in unfavorable conditions. Managers were constantly "moving the goal post". Keep calling themselves a 'startup' company to excuse general disarray.
