Cons
If you work in cultivation, you do twice the amount of work as production for the same amount of pay. ( i worked for both cultivation and production) End of day everyday, cultivation employees leave work exhausted, sweating, totally spent, over worked after 8 hours of hard labor. Production employees leave happy, energetic, chillin, and ready to go out after work. Production staff would complain when they had to help cultivation on large harvest days. The issue of unequal work load had been brought up many times by multiple staff while I worked there, and nothing was ever done to fix it.
Proper footwear is not enforced. Slip and falls are common, especially with the rubber boots that are provided.
