      colleagues are nice and friendly

      Cons

      no grow up space, no expert leader, no culture, no future. be prepared to be a free labor as the company always finds excuses to avoid paying you on time, or not paying you at all. it makes more sense when you know KinderTouch, the ceo's another company

      No pros. Only cons. Don't work here.

      The CEO doesn't know a thing about computer Vision. Not even things as simple as precision and recall. Even if you explain him, he will only do what he wants to. So no point in explaining. And the number of times he changes the plans is crazy. Two days before he might have said something, you would start working and then he would pull the plug and ask you to do something else. The company has no direction. The CEO just wants to make money, Even though his product is not good.
