Pros

free lunch but may not last given the mess in this compny

Micromanagement in all levels from CEO to lead developer. It flows top to down. CEO COO have corrupted this entire company. I urge investors to replace them. Unethical behavior by managemnt. Shameless violation of labor laws. I feel bad how the lowest rung is treated here Some of them are even made to run errands for top management and their sycophant lackeys. 3. Because of bad practices this company is in deep mess and the future is bleak and that's why almost all the talent has left this company. I saw entire data science team leaves in 1-2 months 4. In the name of running a startup its mockery of labor laws and basic human decency/rights. It is sad how they are able to violate labor laws by using the excuse of a startup. A joke of startup india. 5. When the management couldn't find good talent they started filling the company with their cronies. These cronies are just puppets of highest management with no say 6. Randomly policies are changed to favor management against employees. 7. All CXOs need to be replaced by professional ones - if the company has to survive. 8. Almost every positive review is fake and put by the top management. I am questioning why glassdoor is not able to detect these fake positive reviews.

It seems from your feedback that you are a current employee therefore I would request you to meet me so that I can understand your concerns around the management and company in general. We as an organisation believe in working closely to help achieve the organisation goals and we don't consider it micromanagement. We have a very strong and capable management and a solid technical team. Since you are part of the journey, I hope you would realise that it is not easy to start and grow companies like ours in this industry. I would strongly recommend you to take timeout and meet/talk to other members. We don't encourage or discourage anyone to use this platform, it is individuals choice. Our policies are 100% compliant with all the regulatory and legal requirements however we do work as any other startup in the world. Our shareholders are proud of our achievements and hence their confidence has increased with every passing year. It seems from your review that you are not a people manager therefore I am little surprised about your strong views around every CXO and the senior management team. I would request you to take time out and setup a meeting with anyone of them as it will help you in your journey with us. We strongly believe that only with positive views and positive approach an individual can grow and contribute therefore I am willing to work with you to understand your concerns and address them. Terrible work place, culture and ethics

Pros

Okayish place in the beginning of your careers, people with less than 2 years experience.

Cons

- employees are treated with no respect, no work life balance - unrealistic monthly goals. Very faulty goal setting system, most of them are not only unrealistic, even managers lack clarity about them. Most of them do not get implemented and some of them never picked up again. - literally no project management, most of the work is done as quick dirty hacks and without any business thought, most of them end up not getting used. - people given wrong expectations about the job during interviews. They end up leaving the company soon - high attrition rate - unprofessional HR who only responds to queries when the founders are added to the loop - most of the leads are young with very little industry experience, they acts as puppets of the founders

1.Lucky to meeting talented peers 2.Sigtuple comes in news which is good for hype 3.learn to manipulate and play tricks 4.chance to work in recent AI boom

Cons

1. CEO only knows how to bully and torture by calling to make work late night, never report to him 2. Weak voiceless COO and CTO follow CEO blindly 3. HR makes life very difficult when you want to leave the company 4. they fool you in the name of stocks 5. very unhumane people - care about stupid illogical goals and not growth of employees 6. suffocating work place 7. management threaten to give bad feedback in relieving letter 8. management lies about everything 9. a bunch of bullies who got lucky in good idea 10. negative work environment where most employees talk negative about management 11. your opinion doesn't matter they do whatever they want
