Pros
Started a few months ago, and so far I've had an absolutely great experience, had the opportunity to work on amazing projects with so many talented people. I feel very encouraged by people at all levels, from the company head to, CDs etc. I love the hands on open approach to being able to talk to literally anyone about anything.
Cons
None really. Fully remote but just for the time being due to the pandemic and new office space being built currently.
