Hard to get to office with no car

- Management is really poor, so called russian culture everywhere - Technical leadership is awful, you are respective for everything but can't decide anything - No teambuildings, overall toxic athmosfere - Full-time onsite, but in the beginning you'll be told that you can start hybrid - Legacy codebase, your knowledge will be sacrificed to make features on c with classes, or typescript without any frameworks, libraries etc. - No opportunities to grow, there are old employees, which are more than 10 years in the company. Any positions like lead taken by them, but they mostly bother you with unrelated things
