Pros
Client work is incredible and the exposure to the leaders in augmented reality and NFT technology makes Shape a leader. The entire team works hard and enjoys their work and the environment created keeps everyone focused on achieving world class results.
Cons
As a company in a new and evolving space, the compensation is not as high as the FAANGs. There is no expensive office building to work out of.
