Pros

Free coffee. Collegues. Heating working. And be glad for your happy hour alcohol as alcohol us the currency the company is willing to give freely even in the officd

Cons

In my multiyear experience I have never seen a bunch of mire useless bullying management staff than in servicesource. Micromanaging their employees with no incentive to pay them. Targets get doubled at any time so people don't get paid. Managers on teamlevel bully their reps and laugh about it openly. Several accounts lost half of their staff in the last six months. All benefits like bonuses and sick days can be withheld with no reason. Christmas and Easter and new years are spent in the company with no extra hour pay. Feedbacl results in destroyed careers. Anrimuslim statements remain with no consequences. Managers insulting people openly. Private data is revealed to make a point.

Pros

They offered good money on paper

Cons

The atmosphere was horrible. No one liked working there. Training did not resemble the job in any way. They make it look like a shiney sales role but they just chase the expired warranties for other companies like Dell... I walked out after 2 months because they bullied everyone around me. If youre a good sales person and like dealing with customers this company is NOT for you. If on the other hand you like to be bullied by incompetent middle managers and staring at excel sheets all day then you are well suited to this company. They demanded i worked weekends without overtime, outside the terms of my contract, and they bullied me when I refused. If you have a choice, please take my advice and choose another company.

Pros

20 word minimum are the only reason why I'm typing something in the "Pros" section. Jokes apart, I met some good people here and a few years ago the situation was different.

Cons

Too many to list. Incompetent management, bullying as a life philosophy, wrong decisions, the way Servicesource lies to customers, lies to employees, cheats on targets...I could go on and on and on, but I won't. I will just focus on some amazing coincidence: bad reviews are left on a daily basis because this Company truly doesn't deserve better, but at some stage you notice bulks of brilliant reviews, 4 or 5 stars, mentioning for example that "Fast pace makes things exciting and keeps things interesting, but it can be too much. Company constantly looking to do more with less, through better talent, better technology, and it feels like that can sometimes come at a detriment to the service we provide toward our customers...". Well, how nice it would be to believe it. Fact is, salaries at SS are way below industry standards so better talents are not necessarily attracted by this place, its own developed software, "Renew OnDemand™ is the industry's only cloud application built specifically to maximize recurring revenue..." was miserably withdrawn after a painful launch because it did NOT work so better technology is not what one can expect here...but all of a sudden, this made sense. All the managers were recently called in a meeting and asked to leave a positive review to balance the negative ones. Apparently, SS was also going to try and ask Glassdoor to remove the latter. Oh well, it seems that didn't really work the way it should have,
