There were so many things that made it hard to go to work each day. You were told one thing and they expected an entirely different approach. You could not trust anyone to have your back or be there to support you. Their systems were horrible and antiquated. Everything was printed on paper and distributed like it was 1950. Nepotism won the great salary and there was no review process.

Run a man into his grave and get upset if you don't. The last year the dispatch is under so much pressure that they in turn treat the driver's like crap. They require ten years experience and hazmat, tanker, twic but then treat the driver's like a newbie. The harder you work the more they want. They have driver's pulling flat bed with no experience on properly securing the loads. They don't care how long you have been there and treat the new guy's coming in like gold.
