Environment can be fun, free lunch, great individual managers
Cons
with new hires up the chain, expectations got changed and a lot of people were let go for not reaching said expectations. management was pressured by their bosses so work environment lost a lot of fun
- unlimited PTO
- Paid holidays
- Snacks in break room
- The people your work with are some of the best people you will ever meet on both FieldEdge and Service Autopilot side
- Managers willing to help when you need it and push you
Cons
You get like 4 days of training and hop right on the phones then your on your own. A lot of companies spend weeks on training but it’s every man for themselves.
No job security or consistency. There have been constant changes in the company. Senior managers moving around from different parts of the company because they are dissolving other roles. Your a number and your replaceable. They have Insane quotas that maybe 40% reps hit. It’s a very pricey software with a not so great product. Something has been going on internally that the higher ups don’t talk about and you can tell they are breathing down managers and SDRS neck which has killed the culture of the company. No room for growth. You are kind of working for nothing or to probably get fired
Product is out potitioned in the marketplace but management doesnt really pay attention to staff.
Also if you want to grow in sales the training for improvement could use some work,
Flexibility. Great work culture. They care about you and want you to be the best sales rep you can be. Everyone you work with are cool.
To be successful in this role you have to work really hard.
Cons
Some of the people you have to call are idiots. You get hung up on and some people can be rude. A lot of cold calling.
Growth is slow for people who have never had a sales position.
They might let you work from home. They have free food in the breakroom.
Cons
Everything is always changing. They fire you if you try to leave. Its a frat house, think older high schoolers and super sexist. Near impossible metrics. Revolving door. Managers are bullies, they are basically there to tell you what to do and only help people they like. Favoritism.
The job itself it monotonous and boring and can be mundane! The product is not great and there are truly better options so it can be a hard sell to explain why they charge what they charge for their products. Management obviously shows preference and favor to those that participate in their bar events.
