      Pros

      Great pay Great Benefits and time off. Safety is the culture lived by all employees at Sentinel.

      Cons

      Company has a “Boys Club” atmosphere. You are either part of the club or you’re out.

      Pros

      401k is unbeatable. Pay is pretty good.

      Cons

      Raises only come every 2-3 years. Micromanaged to death from Delaware. Safety department is a joke. All smoke and mirrors unless it’s a camera. Truck will get sent to the shop immediately to fix a camera. Other safety equipment not as important, just a “tool”. 60 mph trucks running on 75 mph interstates. Schedule sucks. You get a weekend or holiday off if it happens to hit your scheduled day off.
