      Pay is higher than what you see in the market. Tries hard to live by their culture.

      Leadership is not transparent, that is why people are most times are at loss or are delusional of the real financial status of the company.

      Sendle was a great company. As a former Sendler, I saw it thrived. Stayed true to its core (5H's). This is where I grew professionally. Took care of its employees until the end.
