This company spend more time and energy on advertising rather than on competence and and technology. At the office and in digital environments. you are surrounded many posters, slogans and buzz words. The content is usually whatever is in fashion. Nothing original. All this effort is spent to attract more shareholders and to hide the real operation which is `more dividend for shareholders` . Nothing else matters. There is virtually no career opportunities if you are not a Swedish speaker. Even as a Swedish speaker you will get not clear career plan. The motto is *Tomorrow is another day we'll see what happens*. There are no investment in career development. In general Semcon has no interest in long term investments, it's basically a day to day operation. I saved the worst for last: However long you work here it doesn't matter when there is a drop in the business. If business shrinks and if you don't have an assignment at that time, you are out!
