Nice team and flexible work, but very poor leadership with a short-sighted boys' club 'running the show'
Pros
A lot of the actual hard-working team are really nice Four day week was stuck to pretty much as much as possible Flexible with working locations I had a great manager
Cons
Genuinely awful leadership from the top of each department Misogynistic structure and hierarchy - the only female head of department was shouted down frequently and it's very much a boys' club at the top Very short-sighted tactics from the CEO - he constantly changed direction on a whim based on some LinkedIn post he'd read and it made it nigh-on impossible to actually see projects through The so-called 'people' team were really poor at dealing with any of the above complaints and other issues, and also dealt with things like announcing redundancies and stuff in an obfuscatory and honestly nearly deceitful manner
