Steer clear unless you're desperate. Bare minimum "benefits", zero investment in employee happiness

Pros
You get a lot of experience because they make everyone work on everything (frontend, backend, testing, deployment, automation, etc). Also, it's fully remote.
Cons
You'll probably be overworked and underpaid, and the owner, Sean, comes off as mean a lot of times. You won't have any paid leaves on your first 6 months, and would have to accumulate them after those 6 months (you get 1 paid leave after every 2 months). Your work is logged by time spent on a task, which can be very stressful (other companies log by a unitless "relative difficulty" number) because you feel like you're being watched every minute. You won't have a health card. No benefits or pay raise once you're regularized.
