      1) Industry Exposures 2) Great managers and consultants serve as your mentor 3) Client relationship from the start 4) Knowledgeable and friendly colleagues

      Cons

      1) some weeks have long hours 2) The top performers don’t get enough credits. Should recognize their contributions more whether in group meetings, compensations and promotions. If someone worked long weeks they should get recognized more
