      Pros

      Job stability and no micro management if you are in the right department.

      Cons

      Lack of structure leading to all projects being constant chaos. Great performance is not rewarded if even recognized. Yearly reviews are late, and leadership doesn't take into account your self review even though they require you to complete it.

      Management lied about pay and didn’t care about work environment. Rats in break room and they did nothing to correct the situation.
