      Great job, not so great (and worsening) compensation and benefits

      Pros

      Good degree of autonomy. Rewading in tems of direct client feedback for a job well done. Clients sincerely appreciate the services provided. Sany Corporation has a long history and is well regarded in the industry.

      Cons

      Little, if any, chance for advancement. Some employees are given far more responsibility than others and recieve no additional compensation. Automotive related; when industry suffers, so does your compensation package. Middle management lacks the experience necessary to effectively supervise and mentor field personel.
