      Pros

      SQA Group is a gem in the vast world of IT services. Management gives autonomy, tools, and encouragement to do your job. Processes are well thought out, and they are receptive to improvements and feedback. They really care for their consultants and strive to find the right fit roles for people and the right people for their client's roles. The internal team is a group of passionate, authentic, and intelligent folks. I have truly enjoyed my experience working for SQA Group.

      -Leadership that is truly reachable/approachable, supportive, leans in to new ideas -Focus on long-term relationships with clients and consultants, always leading with the human at the core -Team culture is inclusive and built on trust. -Strong emphasis on staying ahead in the tech space, creating a continuous environment to learn -Commitment to quality -Great mix of independence and collaboration -Supportive and flexible

      -Sometimes projects move quickly so adaptability and grit is key (may not be for everyone) -In a small company, you often end up wearing many hats (which can be both exciting and challenging a times)
