Pros
The company offers access to multiple types of ServiceNow projects, and the team working there is very helpful, you can always learn more from them and receive proper help. Also, most of them are skilled professionals. On top of that, the company is constantly evolving, and adjusting to the market needs. Also, company has very stable financial stability.
Cons
After the restructuration which happened a few months ago company culture changed a bit, with much less company internal events, and a very high focus on improving financials, which is not bad, because thanks to that company is very stable from the financial perspective. On the other hand, focusing only on the money perspective will reduce the focus on the people themselves. The second big disadvantage is constant friction in the line sales-delivery
