Definitely a job that you could see your impact made. Leadership was steady with excellent values; excellent structure with access to Executive Director and Board. Team was professional and knew their roles. Organization was well respected. While busy, family balance was respected.
Cons
As a non profit, resources were somewhat limited - but we learned how to leverage, leverage, leverage. Compensation was below Silicon Valley tech standards but in line with similar non profit work and was fair.
