      Pros

      Some of the employees are very friendly, approachable and helpful.

      Cons

      Micromanagement from management, not trusted to do your job. Managers are too thinly spread with too many people reporting to them, they can't effectively do their role. Some management and employees act unprofessionally and there is no consequence. Too many corners cut and shortcuts taken to try save money. HR are brutal, so don't expect support there. Any complaints you make will fall on deaf ears. No appreciation for employees when they work overtime, work through lunch, stay late or fix an issue, not even a thank you. Working environment is quite toxic at times and people are constantly leaving.

      Pros

      Not sure if there is an pros, there are some nice people around but they are also affected by micromanagement. Projects are good and good people are keep living if they follow two people rules in the project.

      Cons

      SGS IT department needs a lot of improvement, SGS has won a couple of good projects but their management is terrible, depending on a couple of people for making a decision. Forget happiness and growth, bad office politics

      Friendly people to work with not the management.

      Cons

      One man show going on and the person doesn't even have clue about new technologies and trends. Micro management on highest level I have ever seen. You won't be trusted, if you have any good idea better keep it to yourself. If you don't agree with something as you see issues and have a solution again keep it to yourself as one man show here. Worst work life balance. And very bad office politics plus a very toxic working environment. Everyone knows who is the main cause but all are silent.
