You get to advocate and facilitate on behalf of individuals with special needs and you have somewhat supporting staff.
Cons
At the end of the day, this is great work but unless you have a dozen years worth of experience SEEC will not pay a livable wage. What's also asked for its employees does not offset the cost of driving all over Montgomery County and placing wear and tear on your car.
Great experiences working hands on with persons out in the community to help them find the proper resources to live a succesful daily life.
Cons
The care and pride of each individaul needs should be more detailed to the attention of their environment and needs. Documentation should be a prioty instead of overlooked.
