There is no leadership from VP level and up from what I saw during my time there. The organizational chart in the BD/Corp Dev/M&A team lacks any clarity or structure; roles and responsibilities aren’t clear, there’s a lack of clear management structure, and multiple “leaders” you report into which causes lots of additional work and confusion-not just from staff, but from the legitimately competent leaders (resulting in a highly inefficient bureaucracy). They parachute in senior people to the teams that only result in even more inefficiency (and the rest of the team picking up the slack) and since loyalty is not regarded or rewarded top employees don’t want to stick around (so what’s the point in anyone else staying?) This is all compounded by the fact that the company highly regards “leaders” that are particularly misogynistic and total creeps to work with (“if you come out with me it will do great things for your career-don’t you want to learn from me”?). If you’re a woman stay far away. If you get parachuted in though, then kudos, you probably won’t have to do any work and you’ll get paid (so this is the company for you!)
