      Nice head office located downtown.

      Cons

      Company operates in silos, so communication in non-existent. Processes are backwards and inefficient. Everyone at the office for the duration of the pandemic, so the company has no regards for employee's safety or well-being.

      Pros

      Oilfield construction at it's best! Fast paced environment, long hours and good pay! Excellent support from the home office. Excellent variety of work.

      Cons

      The usual things, long hours, difficult working conditions, challenges getting the parts needed on schedule. Overall though, nothing was unmanageable and management was supportive.
