      Old fashioned and very Japanese style work environment

      Comes with a bonus The pay is fair Nice office

      Cons

      Toxic work environment , a lot of gossiping etc . Their management style is very Japanese /old fashioned. It can also be very hectic depending on the team you’re working in. The pension wasn’t great - not much growth
