      Really nice job... With some big flaws

      Pros

      Really great crowd of people to work with. Its always interesting with relatively new technology. The management are great if you need to leave of wfh for a serious matter.

      Cons

      Its not very well managed at a higher level. The teams are far too big and focus is all over the place. Its always about the fire of the week rather than a larger plan. This is a result of the executives not having a proper grasp of technologies or time management with them. It always seems like we need to deal with the next problem and we're promised things will get better once this next big rush is done but it somehow gets worse every time.

      Good opportunities and a creative atmosphere

      Pros

      - Devs are given the space and are encouraged to be creative in creating solutions. - Collaboration/Mentorship between juniors, experienced, seniors and technical leads means everyone gets a chance to have input into the solutions we are building. This also helps less experienced people learn. - Code reviews happen with all code which helps to spread the knowledge of the features and helps to "raise the bar" in the quality of code written as devs advise on better coding practices. - Quarterly reviews are lightweight and provide a useful mechanism for providing the company with both positive and negative feedback. So far I have found that the feedback I have given has been taken on board and acted upon. - Salaries are appropriate to the market. Benefits are good. - The team(s) have a great atmosphere and culture and enjoy working with one another. - Extremely rarely, if ever, work evenings or weekends. Coming close to a couple of deadlines in 2017 there was some extra work/hours needed but this has stopped.

      Cons

      - Deadlines can be very challenging but this seems to be improving as better planning and road-mapping for the products is being put in place.

      Pros

      Most of the devs are sound. Good banter in the office. Free snacks.

      Cons

      Beware of working for this company! Employees are treated terribly, overworked and under-appreciated by management, CEO, CPO, and CTO, all of which are in over their heads. The product is ok which is down to devs and design, however, most of the time it is absolute chaos. Work/life is nonexistent, with unrealistic metrics coupled with insane work hours. You will hate working here.
