Pros
Nothing from a maintenance standpoint.
Cons
They want you to be the inspector, mechanic, supervisor, manager, admin, and a traveling regional manager all at the same time. If you dare suggest that you need more help, then "your not willing to help the team". "Helping the team", translates to you doing more while operations sits at their desk with their feet up. No matter how many truck or forklift drivers crash the equipment, it's never their fault. Only yours for not fixing it fast enough after they drove it like they stole it. No backbone from operations management. They are under so much pressure they don't mind throwing you under a bus, as long as it doesn't put them at risk. 6 regional maintenance managers in 18 months, 4 of us quit.
