Pros
- good salary, instead of useless "benefits" - transparent salary system with a clear way of progression between levels - good workmates, good bosses - good learning opportunity for new devs because of the consultancy (you will work with a lot of different people / tech over time). I learned a lot here.
Cons
The nature of consultancy: some projects are good, some are bad. Both will end in a reasonable time and another one comes.
