Pros

Only some employees are good.

Cons

Anyone can get a job easily here. If you literally are not getting employed anywhere, RevInfotech will take you in, with salary sufficient enough to buy a few peanuts. Leaves are credited on quarterly basis, you have to till the next quarter to take your own leaves. 6 days working for almost all the process . If an employee takes more than 4 LOPs in a month, half salary gets blocked without any prior intimation of this rule. Timimg is 9 am but If you come at 9:05 am, You half day salary gone. People fall sick after working in this lala company, but problems are heard by deaf ears. There are absolutely no basic privileges for employees, like there is no tissue paper or hand drier in cafeteria, ample of other things. List on Cons in RevInfotech just goes on.

Pros

Nothing good here, please don't waste your time to try it.

Cons

HR - Only working there to keeping eyes on employees,No manners to talk, Only trying to find out ways to deduct salary of employee by giving any useless reason Projects: They dont have any good projects, Just getting projects as a freelancer. Work Load/Culture: In morning assign you one task for whole day, then again in afternoon for whole day, and in evening they will ask status of task which is not told to you. They want everything in one day as higher management is non technical (Except MS Excel). Timings: Company who treat employees like labours. They dont know to respect employees. Leaves - 1 leave in a month, HR will find the way to suck that also.

Thanks for feedback. Let me make one thing clear HR's have to be very active as WFH scenario is actually disturbing the working culture in all organizations. When employees are highly paid and still not getting proper task done management has to take some tough decisions which are never appreciated by employees. Thanks

Pros

You will get Free Water to drink

Cons

Stay tune to read long list... 1) About HR - They dont have any work, So simply doing timepass by keeping eyes on employees,No manners to talk, Always trying to find out ways to deduct salary of employee by giving any useless reason, 2) Salary - Just peanuts, That too they will deduct by giving useless excuses. 3) Additional Benefit: Nothing, If you are lucky, you will get a 10rs chocolate on any festival. 4) Projects: They dont have any good projects, Just getting projects as a freelancer. You may have to do documentation work if project demands. 5) Work Load/Culture: In morning they will assign you one task for whole day, then again in afternoon for whole day, and in evening they will ask status of task which is not told to you. They want everything in one day as higher management is non technical (Except MS Excel). 6) Timings: I have seen this as first company who treat employees like labours in following timings. Even 20mins late not allowed. Lunch time is strictly 1-1:45PM, Tea Break is only allowed to Developers (This is written in their Appointment letter) 7) Leaves - 1 leave in a month, That too HR will find a reason to suck.
