I wish I had known the company preferred high employee turnover instead of retention, employee growth, and equal opportunity. Being a woman at this company is not easy. Having been lied to by management about the state of the company and my opportunities within it, has put not only me, but the large number of people like me who are currently seeking other jobs, in a sad position of resenting ResponseTek and feeling powerless. "Company Culture" here is a forced and falsified image. The office is dreary, the days are long, people are ecstatic to leave the office for any reason. I'm now in a position where I have been with the company for a few unfortunate years, and it feels like wasted time. My opportunities with other companies are not optimistic as a result of ResponseTek's poor reputation as an employer with zero commitment to employee improvement. Salaries are far below industry standards, across multiple positions. We do talk.

No respect for people who are not upper management Disorganized No clean vision You are replaceable Ideas go nowhere No one is accountable The office is dark and show a clear favouritism in the way it is laid out No process in dealing with important (HR) issues No process for anything else in the company
