      Pros

      I was at RepRally a couple of months ago now and it’s honestly was a really good experience. The people here are awesome. Super driven but also just… nice. It’s not cliquey or fake, everyone helps each other out when stuff gets messy. I've made a lot of real friends, who I still stay in touch with.

      Cons

      i saw some of the negative reviews and was honestly surprised. most of those seem like people who got fired, usually for performance. like… i get being upset, but it’s not toxic here. it’s just a high bar. people who care tend to thrive here.

      honestly love the people. everyone’s super collaborative, no egos. eng + product actually talk all the time. not a lot of meetings. new smart & energetic leaders.

      Cons

      not enough documentation yet. onboarding’s still rough, sometimes get tossed in the deep end.

      You get dropped in and expected to figure stuff out, which I like. You actually ship multiple times a week. Small team so you own a ton. Infra, backend, and product decisions.

      Cons

      You’ve gotta be self directed. Nobody’s holding your hand. Long hours occasionally when big launches hit.
