      A Strong Place to Grow If You Take Ownership

      Pros

      You’re given autonomy to do your job properly. Leadership doesn’t micromanage, they hire capable people and let them execute. Senior leaders are accessible and open to ideas. Feedback is welcomed and often acted on. Because the company is scaling, there’s genuine room to take ownership and shape processes.

      Cons

      As a growing company, things move quickly and processes sometimes mature in real time. If you prefer rigid structure, this might feel uncomfortable. If you like building and improving systems, it’s a huge opportunity.
