You’re given autonomy to do your job properly. Leadership doesn’t micromanage, they hire capable people and let them execute.
Senior leaders are accessible and open to ideas. Feedback is welcomed and often acted on.
Because the company is scaling, there’s genuine room to take ownership and shape processes.
Cons
As a growing company, things move quickly and processes sometimes mature in real time. If you prefer rigid structure, this might feel uncomfortable. If you like building and improving systems, it’s a huge opportunity.

Thank you for this thoughtful and detailed review from Dublin! We're glad you experience the autonomy, accessible leadership, and openness to feedback that we work hard to foster. Your advice about investing in process documentation as we scale is spot-on — it's an area we're actively prioritizing to maintain our culture while building consistency. We appreciate your perspective that growth brings opportunity for those who like building and improving systems. Thank you for contributing to that mission!
I enjoy working for Remote People because we have a collaborative team and leaders who listen to feedback. They try to actually understand the problems we face every day and implement ways to resolve them as much as possible.
Cons
It does feel like we are understaffed, but filling those roles with experienced people may also be a challenge.
