      Flexible with hours. Do not micromanage. People are polite. Nice office.

      Cons

      Slow Processes. Burn out risk. Salary/raises/bonuses not transparent to employees. No room for advancement. Information is hoarded. Physical location is not friendly to public transportation. Bonuses and raises are completely arbitrary and not performance based.
