EXTREMELY cliquey. If you don't get on the good side of the right people then you're not treated the same as others. Intern Trainer, is an enormous a**hole and gives criticism in a very derogatory way. If you're a good worker and there are no legitimate reasons that you can be faulted for but the head HR doesn't like you then she will find a way to punish you. Some temps are not very competent technologically, which is necessary here, and it makes task worker jobs more difficult.
